an extension of my own daily rituals
I began practicing yoga in 1998 — not for wellness or the aesthetic of movement, but because my body had been injured and this was the only thing that helped me return to it.
For over twenty years I practiced and eventually taught — classes of two, classes of two hundred. The mat was where I lived. Then, at the end of 2019, I stopped teaching. And without realising it, I stopped coming home to myself too.
The drift was slow. Nothing dramatic. I was still functioning — but something had gone quiet inside. In 2025, I left my job, and in that pause I finally saw it clearly: the path wasn't lost. I had just stopped walking it.
Serenity is what I built from that recognition. Here, I share the sequences, meditations, and philosophies that have grounded me through different seasons of life — not as instruction, but as invitation. To slow down. To listen closely to the body's subtle cues. To build a sustainable relationship with your own well-being.
I know what it feels like to function well and feel hollow. To be emotionally aware and still feel unresolved. To be tired of trying to figure yourself out.
This space is for you. It was built from the inside out — because I needed it too.
